Northward Massage Therapy is currently reviewing resumes for Certified Massage Therapists to join our team. We are a Minnesota company, located in Crosslake. Recently, the Crosslake area has experienced significant growth in population, expanding the need for services, and thus the need for additional year-round massage therapists. We operate independently in the WellnessTeam Chiropractic building.

A successful candidate must be highly motivated with some massage business experience and possess the desire to promote their business in coordination with Northward Massage Therapy.

Additional Qualifications

Candidates must have a Massage Therapist license, diploma, or certification with 500 hours of training.
Be able to operate as an independent contractor.
Be able to organize their own schedule.
Be able to coordinate schedules with Northward Massage Therapy and Wellness Team Chiropractic.
Be able to successfully manage the online appointment and payment systems with accuracy.
Understand that the schedule may include some weekend hours.

Job Duties

Greet clients in a professional, friendly manner.
Obtain the client's informed consent for services.
Perform services in the allotted time.
Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
Safeguard client information and confidentiality.
Execute professional boundaries.

Range: $30-40/massage hour, plus tips
